Champion International Moving, Ltd. has an extensive quality assurance program and we promote ourselves as industry leaders in this aspect. We have proven our commitment to quality through the implementation of a Quality Department entirely dedicated to the enhancement of our services. Our staff of three, dedicated solely to quality, has developed a system of checks and balances to ensure exemplary service in every aspect of an international household goods move; from monitoring staff and policies internally, to managing worldwide partners externally.
The Quality Department measures customer satisfaction through our Quality Survey. The survey is sent to your relocating employee at the completion of every move to evaluate our Relocation Specialists, our worldwide partners and the overall moving experience. These surveys are reviewed immediately upon receipt and the overall data is reviewed quarterly. This approach allows us to address any issues requiring immediate attention, and also monitor the performance level of our company and worldwide partners as a whole.
